Baked Apples Ingredients

  • 2 medium cooking apples, washed and cored
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 30g raisins
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 10g unsalted butter

How To Make Baked Apples

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C / gas mark 4.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the raisins, honey, and cinnamon together. Stuff this mixture into the center of the cored apples.

Step 3

Top each apple with a small pat of butter.

Place the apples on a lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, or until the apples are soft and cooked through.
