Pancake Tuesday Recipe 🥞

Life is all about balance so here's a delicious Pancake Tuesday recipe for all to enjoy!  

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter

 

Method: 

Step 1: In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, eggs and melted butter; mix until smooth. 

Step 2: Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
