Ingredients:

πŸ€2 bananas, frozen

πŸ€1 green apple, the core removed from the apple

πŸ€2 cups water or milk

πŸ€1 cup of plain Greek yogurt

πŸ€2 handfuls of spinach (about 1-2 cups)

πŸ€1 teaspoon vanilla extract

πŸ€Honey (optional)

Instructions:

In a blender, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth, adding more water if you want a thinner smoothie

Adjust sweetness with additional honey, if desired.Β
