How to use

Mix with 250–300 ml of water, stir well, and consume immediately after preparation. Fibre Complex can be taken on its own with water or mixed into hot or cold food, drinks, or smoothies or your Revive Active supplement of choice. If taken with food, we recommend consuming with an additional glass of water.

One sachet daily is recommended for ages 12+. If well tolerated, the intake can be increased to 1–2 sachets per day.

Half a sachet daily mixed into 100-150ml of water is recommended for children aged 4–12

250-300ml of liquid for adults

Yes, Fibre Complex can be taken on its own with water or mixed into hot or cold foods, drinks, smoothies or in combination with other Revive Active supplements depending on the consumer’s health goals.

How long should someone take Fibre Complex for?

For optimum results, take daily for three months. This gives the body a chance to utilise the formula fully and experience the benefits. The formula can be taken on an ongoing basis depending on the consumer's needs.

How is best to take Fibre Complex?

Mix one sachet with 250 to 300 ml of water, or stir it into your favourite hot or cold food or drink. It's perfect for porridge, yogurt, cereal, and smoothies. For best results, drink an extra glass of water when taking Fibre Complex with food.

Is Fibre Complex suitable for everyone?

Children aged 4 to 12 years: Take ½ sachet daily. Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take 1 sachet daily. This may be increased to 2 sachets daily, if well tolerated.
