Meno Active contains 30 ingredients to support women during this period of their life.  Using a combination of ingredients that include 3 plant extracts, 4 digestive enzymes, 3 strains of live friendly bacteria, 350mgs Omega 3 DHA plus a combination of 19 Vitamins and Minerals.

Meno Active is for women during and after menopause.

Steviol Glycosides is the sweetener we use in the formulation.  It is a natural sweetener derived from the plant Stevia rebaundiana and has been used for many years as a natural sweetener, particularly in South America.

It is suitable for vegetarians but not vegans, as the DHA powder contains milk.

We recommend that you take one sachet and one capsule, once a day, preferably 30 minutes before food.  Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass and add a minimum of 250mls of water (increase quantity of water to suit taste) and stir to dissolve.

While a women will continue to have a menstrual cycle the frequency and duration becomes unpredictable but the menstrual cycle will not come to an end during this phase.

The menopause occurs once a woman hasn’t had a menstrual cycle for 12 consecutive months. This usually happens to women in their late forties and early fifties with 51 been the average age for menopause. However, for some women it may occur as early as 40 or even earlier.

Meno Active has been formulated specifically for menopausal women, the comprehensive super supplement contains 19 vitamins and minerals, 4 digestive enzymes, 3 different strains of live friendly bacteria and 350 mg Omega 3 DHA. The capsule contains the 3 botanical ingredients Ashwagandha, Sage and Green Tea. Meno Active supports hormonal activity, brain function, the nervous system and energy.


Revive Active Super Supplement is formulated for men and women aged 35+, containing 26 active ingredients including CoQ10 and L- Arginine. It supports the heart, immune system and energy. It is designed to help you put back in, what life takes out.

You can take both Meno Active and Revive Active as part of your daily routine but it is recommended to take them at different times of the day to help your body with the absorption process.

All the other products in the range can be taken on the same day but not at the same time. For example, take one in the morning and wait until lunchtime or mid-afternoon before taking the second product.

The Menopause is the natural transition from a woman’s fertile years to her infertile years. It is a gradual process and usually occurs between the ages of 45 to 55. Just like puberty, menopause is a gradual process. The first phase is called perimenopause, the second is menopause and the final phase is post menopause.

Perimenopause can last anything from 7-10 years and during this time a women is still menstruating.

Menopause is the one-year anniversary of when a woman has had her last period, therefore technically menopause lasts for just one day!

After that one-year anniversary a women is said to be post menopausal.

Following the launch of our product, we had some queries from customers in relation to the reference ‘after menopause’. As a result we have decided to remove the reference to “after menopause” from our packaging and all other communications. As these things take time to filter through so it may take a month or so before all communications are aligned.

Meno Active is suitable to be taken during perimenopause.

Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and normal macronutrient metabolism which can be beneficial at this stage of a woman’s life.
