“I am all about people taking control of their own health. Implementing even small changes can result in profound effects. Given today’s busy lifestyle, and the fact that much of our food now is less nutritionally dense than before, many people are deficient in some essential micro-nutrients. Therefore, I find myself regularly recommending supplements to address these deficiencies.
Revive Active are the supplements I recommend most. Not only are the products amazing but they’re also Irish, and I’m passionate about supporting Irish businesses. The supplements contain all the key ingredients in one, easy to take, sachet. This increases absorption in the body and is great for those that find tablets or capsules difficult to take. I also love the range of products, which are targeted at different age groups and for different issues. I probably recommend their flagship product – Revive Active - the most as it is definitely one of the best ‘umbrella’ supplements out there - supporting heart health, cognitive performance, fertility and overall health and wellbeing”.
