Revive Active are delighted to be teaming up with Pat Henry, Yoga Therapist and Fitness Consultant.
Pat has devised a six week program for our followers that will build up over the next six weeks to a full body 36 minute workout that you can do at home any time of the day or night.
✅ Shoulder press, Single punch and Squat & double punch
with weights. (If you do not have weights at home you can use waterbottles or if you’d like to increase the weight substitute the water with sand )
✅Do 1 set of 10-15 reps for each exercise.
✅After one set finish with 5 minutes of running on the spot.
✅This is to be carried out 3 days a week. On two other days in the same week walk four miles in one hour.

If at any stage you feel unwell or dizzy while doing the exercises please stop, take a break and if you suffer from high blood pressure consult with you GP before continuing your new exercise routine.
The number of exercises will slowly build up over the next few weeks to prevent injury or tired muscles.
