6 Week Fitness Challenge with Pat Henry - Week 6

Revive Active are delighted to be teaming up with Pat Henry to deliver you a six week training and fitness program. 

Pat is a fitness consultant, yoga therapist and motivational speaker who has lectured on yoga and health in both Europe and the USA. He has worked with leading companies and individuals world-wide as a personal coach and is the author of best-selling books on fitness and health as well as producing a best selling fitness video.

Pat has devised a six week program for our followers that will build up over six weeks to a full body 36 minute workout that you can do at home any time of the day or night.

***Week 6***

✅ Bicep curls, peck-deck and crunches with weights (If you do not have weights at home you can use waterbottles or if you’d like to increase the weight substitute the water with sand) 
✅Do 1 set of 10-15 reps for each exercise. 
✅After one set finish with 5 minutes of running on the spot. 
✅This is to be carried out 3 days a week. On two other days in the same week walk four miles in one hour.

If at any stage you feel unwell or dizzy while doing the exercises please stop, take a break and if you suffer from high blood pressure consult with you GP before continuing your new exercise routine.

By completing weeks 1-6, you now have a full body 36 minute workout.

It is important to adjust the number of reps accordingly to prevent injury.
