Berry Breakfast Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1 small teacup of whole, rolled oats (soaked if possible)
  • 1 teacup of frozen or fresh dark berries (choose your favourite berry, or mix blueberries, raspberries and strawberries together)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (choose from whey protein, pea protein or hemp protein powder)
  • 1 large tablespoon of flax or chia seeds
  • Unsweetened almond of soya milk to taste
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
