Power Bursting Energy Balls Recipe
- 200g oats
- 200g walnuts
- 200g dried apricots
- 3-4 tbsp almond butter
How to make these Energy Balls
- Combine all the ingredients together in a blender
- Blitz together for a minute or so
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and take small amounts to roll into balls
- Leave in the fridge to set for an hour
- Enjoy!
These are the perfect on-the-go snack for kids (and adults!) There's good iron content in the apricots and anti-inflammatories from the walnuts too.
