Power Bursting Energy Balls Recipe

  • 200g oats
  • 200g walnuts
  • 200g dried apricots
  • 3-4 tbsp almond butter

How to make these Energy Balls

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a blender
  2. Blitz together for a minute or so
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and take small amounts to roll into balls
  4. Leave in the fridge to set for an hour
  5. Enjoy!

These are the perfect on-the-go snack for kids (and adults!) There's good iron content in the apricots and anti-inflammatories from the walnuts too.
